- My name is Veronica Hunte and I am dedicating this blog to talking to Women of Color about the Living Raw/Superfoods movement and its positive effect on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. What are Living Raw Foods---Foods and Superfoods?.... Foods that God has already cooked---WITH THE SUN--and substances that are nutritionally superior far beyond your average fruits and vegetables. I believe many of the emotional problems we have as women (and men) are in large part due to what we put in our mouths. I have also realized that the body is very, very sensitive and will make adjustments to our thinking, feeling and thus our behavior when different substances enter into it. Fear, the grandparent of guilt, jealousy, shame, lack of will power, lying and malicious activity has its origins in cooked food. Halla
